Back in the mid 90s, I fixed this kind of trouble (lightning zaps) in one of
these a good number of times, and failed to fix it once, replacing the board
after Moseley couldn't fix it, either.
One needs to approach it with a good supply of chips and trace the problem
by function to an area or chip(s) and replace as needed. It can be very time
and patience intensive.
