[Tech-Assist] MRC-1600 help needed in Rochester MN

I just got off the phone with Tom Jones of KNXR 97.5, the 100kW blow 
torch that still plays a pretty much beautiful music format and is 
hugely popular.  The famed John Doremus holds forth with Patterns in 
Music 7:05-10 PM weekday evenings, too.

They're having grief with their Moseley MRC-1600 unit at the 
transmitter.  Studio end is a computer.  It may have taken a spike from 
the power line as the UPS was out of the circuit at the time it started 
acting up.

He's also looking for suggestions on what to replace it with if it comes 
to that.
