[Tech-Assist] Harris SX5A logic problem

Thanks to all of you who replied.  After I sent the message I found an
obscure tech note on the Harris site that says in some cases one of the
chips that buffers metering inputs gets 'wet' and causes the sign of the
data to flip over to negative.  Pulling out the chip, drying it off and
reinserting it will cure the problem.  Sounds like I'm on the right track
again--- I'll let you know.
