Haven't see this before but..
First check all your power supplies.
Next pick one of weird readings (I would go after the negative PA 
current) and troubleshoot it all the way out.

Since you know you have positive PA current, when you find out why that 
is reading negative, it will most likely solve all the troubles.

My first thought is a control or metering power supply is down or 
shorted. Most likely not due to the high water, but just one of those 
things that just happens. Keep in mind electrolytic caps sometimes work 
fine until you give them a day or two off then they don't come back.
