tri-band AGC version

trying to resurrect one to drive a Comrex ACCESS 'STL'

mid-band shows full-bore GR all the time

found one leaky tantalum in the mid-band gain control circuit (pin 4 to 14
for those of you with a diagram)

is this a candidate for shot-gunning ALL the tantalums on the board (ala
MS/MX-15 exciter) ??

there's only 13 of them and this thing has been on a shelf for 8 years
