Spend the $900, get the guarantee...
 
Seems you are out 2x115 thus far, and the next pass will bring it up to 
4x115. About half way there...(towards the 900)
 
 
the sad part of the situation, is that experimentation will continue to cost 
$230 for each test run...  I got into this "do loop" several times in the past.
 
With the $900 spent you would get the latest reliability mods, and perhaps 
even a new board.
 
Oh well.... Time will tell...
 
The last time I got into this type of scenario, the factory won hands down... 
 it was the warranty that made the difference.
