[Tech-Assist] TCP/IP Problems with AOL

We already had that discussion... although that was dialup.

Paul, are you trying to install on a Vista PC?  The earlier versions may not
be compatible with Vista, even running under a compatibility mode.  If so,
maybe try downloading 9.0 from another machine?
