Just be aware that the HU-961, is generally useless for an actual alert, 
it's only able to keep you in compliance with the rules. But should an 
actual emergency occur your listeners will most likely be left out, 
unless the emergency happens to be one of your 12 possible events.

BUT on the other hand if you want to pay 3K for an HU-961 I've got a 
couple in the junk pile. (where they belong).
